Flexicore Roof

This photo show the precast concrete roof planks (8" thick) that make up the roof.  They sit on the exterior and middle walls in this design and a 2" topping slab will be poured on top of them.  They are "hollow core" - see the "holes" and also notice the "keyway" they sit next to for a good waterproofing detail.
